At Computing Strategies, we're here to assist you when it matters most. We provide both remote support and unattended remote support. Please select the support method you require from the options below.
​OPTION 1:
One-Time ATTENDED Remote Support

A 6-digit code you provide us to access your system remotely
1. ​Click this link to launch our ONE-TIME remote app: SET.ME. A new window will open: click the blue link: RUN CLIENT APP.
2. Launch or run the file.
3. Send us the 6-digit code
4. Click YES to approve the remote support session.​​
OPTION 2:
UN-ATTENDED Remote Support:
​​​​
1. Click the download link below named setme_unattended_setup.exe and follow the prompts to install it on your local computer.
2. Launch or run the file.
3. Process complete.​​
